Madrid-based international engineering company is looking for a technical sales agent that drives sales forward and who is familiar with the civil engineering sector, its activities (projects and technical services) and clients: infrastructure management companies, civil works construction companies, engineering companies, etc.

Main duties:

  • Strategic analysis of markets under the supervision of the Management, identification of clients and needs, marketing models, etc.
  • Establishing annual marketing action plans.
  • Identify and bring in new partners and strengthen relations.
  • Adapt sales support tools.
  • Client acquisition an extension of the client portfolio, by developing the relation with private operators of infrastructure, construction companies, engineering companies in order to analyze their needs, expectations and practices with the competition. Client follow up and client retention.

We require:

  • Availability to travel, mainly domestic journeys and occasionally abroad.
  • Preferable at least 4 years of experience in similar positions, a knowledge of the civil engineering sector activities (project and technical services) and clients (construction companies, infrastructure management companies).
  • Outstanding oral and written skills in both Spanish and English.
  • Driver’s license is required.
  • An advantage: other languages and degrees related to civil engineering.
